Cancellations forfeit deposit, in addition, the following may apply....Cancellations within 7 days forfeit full amount.

Terms
All Camping trips are Do-It-Yourself, self guided camping. We do not supervise you and cannot be held responsible for your safety or actions or the actions of another whilst you are camping at your chosen site. Be sure to choose a site that suits your camping experience level as some sites are very remote and it can be difficult to obtain help in the event of needing help.

Occasionaly, due to weather, your transfer vessel may not be able to reach your desired destination. In this case, an alternative location will be suggested. In the event of cancelation of the transfer vessels, a full refund will be offered. Your will need to contact Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service regarding refunds on your camping permit. However, total cancellations are extremely rare as alternative sites are nearly always possible in the prevailing conditions.
